Class Requirements: 

• In order to participate in the following classes: Preschool Language/Sensory Playgroup, Sensory Motor Class, and Fitness Circuit Class we must have a written prescription from your doctor for OT/PT services which also must include a diagnostic code for your child.  

• After-School Club is a fun place for children to work on their homework with staff and socialize with friends. The cost is $30 a day (min. 2 days/week). 

• Staff may determine that a student will require 1:1 support which will be at an additional cost. 

Insurance Reimbursement Information:

• Classes marked with an *asterisk* on the program schedule

• Invoices will be generated for those members who have provided to us the necessary information (see class requirements above) for the Preschool Language/Sensory Playgroup, Sensory Motor Class, and Fitness Circuit Class. 

• These invoices will be presented to you upon completion of the session of programming.  The invoices will represent only the specific class dates your child was in attendance.  Unfortunately, missed classes can not be made up.

• Please note that it is solely up to the discretion of your health insurance company as to whether or not you will be reimbursed for any portion of these classes.

If you still need to renew your TPH annual family membership, please view the form and mail it to us with a check for $35.  Unfortunately, memberships can not be paid by credit card.
